B.D. Catings manufacturing unit is one of the best state-of-the-art steel rolling mill in West Bengal with in-house SMS.

The company unit is located at Par-Dankuni, Delhi Road, Hooghly (West Bengal, a set up of international standard with own testing facilities, fully equipped with most modern machinery with latest technology.


In House Melting Shop

To control the quality of raw materials , we have installed an ultra-modern 12 pulse Steel Melting shop based on US technology. This has a capacity of producing 1.5 lakh MT per annum of steel. It produce quality raw materials for our Re-Rolling Mills. This gives us an extra edge over other Re-Rollers who do not have their own melting units. The unique facility of an in-house Melting Shop helps us to achieve a consistency in maintaining our standards. for testing the quality of raw materials and finished products, the following have been installed :


    ۰   Well equipped chemical lab for testing elements in raw materials and finished products.


   ۰   Physical testing lab for 0.2% proof stress, tensile strength and elongation.


   ۰   Bend re-band and pull-out testing facility.
